Who we are.............



            Kevin and Lori are 1972 graduates of Central Community High School, DeWitt, Iowa.  Kevin completed the Winter Quarter Farm Operations program at Iowa State University in 1973.  He graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Economics in December of 1975.  Lori completed the University of Iowa Radiologic Technology program in 1974 and worked at University Hospitals, Iowa City, from August 1974 through February 1976.  She worked as a CAT technologist in Moline from March 1976 through June 1977.  Kevin and Lori began farming in 1976 and are the primary owners of Greenview Farms.  Kevin primarily provides management, and Lori is in charge of the business computer work.  They have two adult children, Katie and Adam.




            Randy graduated from Central Community High School, DeWitt, in 1978, and has been actively farming since then.  During this time he achieved many crop and livestock production awards, one of which was the Iowa State Masters soybean yield champion in 1989. He started with Greenview Farms in April 1998. In 2004 Randy purchased a minority ownership of Greenview Farms.  His responsibilities include labor management, landowner relations, daily task management, land procurement, planting and harvesting.  Randy has a daughter, Taylor. 




            After graduating from Central Community High School, DeWitt, in 1986, Keith attended Kirkwood Community College in the Farm & Ranch Technology program from 1986 through 1988.  While attending college he was employed at Waterbed Creations in Cedar Rapids as the Assistant Manager.  He has been employed at Greenview Farms since April 1990.  Keith’s responsibilities include equipment management, field preparation, planting, cultivation and harvesting of crops. Keith and his wife, Renee, have three children.




            A 2003 graduate of Central Community High School, DeWitt, Adam attended Kirkwood Community College, Scott Community College and is currently attending Ashford University in Clinton. He plans to graduated in 2011 with a degree in Business Administration. His responsibilities include public relations, field preparation, planting and harvesting crops.


           Seasonally Greenview Farms relies on experienced part-time employees.  Brad Dalldorf and Matt Burke generally tag-team the third planter or combine. Dale Goldensoph also helps spring and fall.  We appreciate their dedication as well as all the others who help Greenview Farms achieve our operational goals.
